User Group Permissions
User groups are a set of permissions that can be assigned to users. Flywire uses user groups to manage security.Flywire has 3 default permission group levels:
Level 1 - Allows a user to search and view payers and transactions. This is the level for customer service representatives (CSRs).
Level 2 - Allows a user to edit payment plans, print statements, and run reports. This is the level for Administrators.
Level 3 - Allows a user to manage most aspects of the SFS. This is the level for super users.
You can configure the levels independently, level 3 is not required to inherit level 1 and level 2 permissions, but the default configuration is to include level 1 permissions in level 2 and level 2 permissions in level 3. If a permission is added, it needs to be added at all 3 levels to apply to all three types of users.
