Sent Communications Report
The Sent Communications report lets you view notifications sent by your institutions in the past 30 days. The report lets you view key bulk communications sent to a large group of students, such as billing notifications, payment plan offer communications, and active payment plan communications.
You must have the Access to Payment Plan Summary Report permission or the reports superuser permission to be able to generate the report.

A user is considered a reports superuser when they are given the Ability to review all reports permission. The superuser permission includes the following individual permissions:

Running the Report

Select the Actions menu and click Reports.

On the Report List page, click the Sent Communications link.

On the Sent Communications Report page, complete the fields.

In the Time Frame to group by field, select how you want the report to group the information.

In the Institutions field, select which institutions you want information from.

Select the start date in the From Date field.

Select the end date in the To Date field.

Select the Communication Category you want information from. You can only select one category for a report.

Select the Communication Type you want information from. The available types change based on the selected Communication Category.

Select the Method of notifications you want information about. You can select Email or Text (SMS).

Select the Recipient Type you want information about. You can select Student or Authorized User.

Click Submit. A page displays with the report.

On the results page, you can:

Click Export as CSV to download a spreadsheet of the results.

Click any heading in the first column to view individual transactions in that category.
